Soon to be hitting the trade shows, HEIDENHAIN is finishing plans for exhibits at two upcoming events: SEMICON in San Francisco (July 10 -12) and IMTS in Chicago (Sept. 10-15). Visitors to the HEIDENHAIN booths will have an opportunity to see exciting new motion control products, interactive precision measurement displays and to get relevant questions answered in a casual setting at both shows.
At SEMICON, HEIDENHAIN will be positioned under its flag at the Moscone Center at booth #1718 where demonstrations of HEIDENHAIN's latest in linear, angular and rotary encoder precision measurement technologies for the semiconductor, flat panel and metrology industries, to name a few, will take place. Also, HEIDENHAIN experts will be on hand to discuss the various innovative ways to boost speed, precision, repeatability and throughput across the fab line.
Top products at HEIDENHAIN's SEMICON booth include:
- the highly precise LIP 200 Series linear encoders
- the PWM 20 encoder installation tool
- the absolute LIC 4000 linear kit encoder
At IMTS (International Manufacturing Technology Show), HEIDENHAIN promises to provide visitors another great opportunity to see its newest technologies. At HEIDENHAIN booth #E-5224 at Chicago's McCormick Place, visitors can also take part in two interactive motion control displays including a "Linear vs. Rotary" demonstration machine which highlights the benefits of closed-loop position feedback systems, and an "Angular Accuracy" demonstration machine, once again showcasing the importance of accuracy inside specifically pertaining to angular applications.
Product displays at the booth will include (but not limited to as exciting last-minute entries are possible):
- the North American introduction of the TNC 640 milling / turning control
- the new TS/TT 460 touch probes that transmit trigger signals over infrared and radio waves
- the MSE 1000 multiplexor, a revolutionary intelligent encoder interface box
Products from ACU-RITE, a HEIDENHAIN sister company, will also be in this IMTS booth featuring their market leading DRO systems and will also include the 3500i, an exciting touch screen CNC mill control now available to the market. Be sure to keep your eyes open for a surprise as well!
