Your alternative to on-site servicing: HELPLINE+
We hope you’re already familiar with our free helplines and on-site HEIDENHAIN technician services. To supplement this offering, the HEIDENHAIN Service department is now introducing its new HELPLINE+ remote maintenance services that save you time and money with greater flexibility. The HELPLINE+ includes initial setup, configuration and consultation for any of the following needs:
- Programming (PLC, NC, and high-level languages such as Python)
- Creation of OEM-specific user interfaces for the TNC7 (Qt/QML) and the TNC 6xx (GTK2)
- Integrating third-party camera systems into the user interface of HEIDENHAIN controls
- Changes to the kinematic model
- Integration of angle heads
- Creation of special cycles
- Motor controller fine-tuning with TNCopt
- Diagnostics via HEIDENHAIN PC tools, such as TNCscope
- Initial setup and configuration of the EIB 700 signal converter and the ACCOM software
- Initial setup support for funcational safety and the Gen 3 drives
- Digital Shop Foor software solutions from HEIDENHAIN
- Connecting OPC UA to StateMonitor or the HEIDENHAIN NC server
Up to now, HEIDENHAIN technicians provided these services on-site at your company. But remote support offers numerous benefits:
- Flexible planning: schedule the work to fit optimally into your corporate operations, and minimize the disruption to your productive time, or split up the work into multiple steps to be performed at different times.
- Broader expertise: specialists from all Service department teams can now be involved as needed for complex projects, ensuring optimal support
- Time and cost savings from the elimination of travel
To take advantage of the HELPLINE+ services, simply ask the technicians on our support helplines. They’re glad to suggest the best solution for you application and explain the requirements such as the cost, the required remote access, and the staffing or expertise you’ll need on-site.
